The Expert SEO is a marketing agency. We do not practice law, we do not provide legal services and we do not give legal advice. Nothing on this website creates an attorney client relationship between you and us, and nothing here should be treated as legal, financial or tax advice.

If you are an attorney, you remain responsible for your own compliance with the advertising and professional conduct rules of every bar you belong to, including anything we publish for you.

Our services and your agreement with us

This website describes what we do and what our services start at. It is not an offer and it is not a contract. Prices shown are starting points, and the final scope of any engagement depends on your practice areas, your markets and how competitive they are.

If you hire us, our work is governed by the separate written agreement or proposal we both sign. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls for the work it covers.

The free review and strategy call

We offer a free review of your website and of the firms ranking above you, followed by a call to walk through it. The review is prepared for you and is yours to keep whether or not you hire us. It is our opinion based on the data available to us at the time, not a guarantee of any outcome, and we may decline a request or stop offering the review at any time.

No guarantee of results

Search results depend on factors outside our control, including how search engines and AI assistants change their systems, what your competitors do, and the market and practice areas you compete in. We do not guarantee any ranking, amount of traffic, number of leads, number of signed cases or revenue.

The case studies, numbers and reviews on this site describe what specific clients achieved in their own markets, in the periods stated next to them. They are not a promise that your firm will get the same result.
