Cases Traced to a County
Not impressions, not average position. You see which county the matter came out of, which case type it was, and what the firm paid to get in front of that person.
The city is seven miles across and the Bay Area is four county court systems. We build the visibility that brings matters from the counties your firm actually practices in, and we show you what each one costs before you commit to it.

Our team
We are a law firm marketing agency that works only with attorneys, and around this bay a client who is hurt in the city often files across a county line. San Francisco, Alameda, San Mateo and Santa Clara are four court systems, four juries and four sets of rankings to win.
Not impressions, not average position. You see which county the matter came out of, which case type it was, and what the firm paid to get in front of that person.
We build your pages around the counties your firm actually practices in and the matters you want, instead of one page about San Francisco that loses Oakland and San Jose by default.
Assistants answer before Google does now. We build the structure and the citations that put your firm in the short list they read back to someone sitting in an emergency room.
Six services, and the only number that settles whether they worked is how many Bay Area matters you signed. Each one below says what it does here, across these counties.
A cyclist hit on Market Street reaches for an assistant before anyone else, and so does the passenger in a rideshare on the Bay Bridge. The answer gives two or three names and nothing after them.
Getting into that answer is structure and citations, not visual design. We make the pages legible to machines, write answers in the shape of the question, and report monthly which assistants are naming your firm and for which matters.
Explore AI search optimization →A page for every practice area you want matters in and every county you appear in, written for what somebody types with one hand from a hospital in Oakland, not for what the statute calls it.
Explore law firm SEO →Law firm local SEO is unforgiving here because the city is seven miles across and the money is not all inside it. The Google Business Profile, the citations and the county pages decide whether you surface in San Jose or only within walking distance of your own door.
Explore Local SEO →Free, back within 24 hours: what is broken on your site, which Bay Area firms sit above you in the counties you care about, and what we would fix first. Yours whether or not you hire us.
See what an SEO audit covers →Fast on a phone, because half of these searches happen on transit. The number stays reachable from any screen and the verdicts and settlements sit where a worried person finds them without digging.
See our website design →Bay Area legal clicks are among the most expensive anywhere, and the suburbs cost more than the city. We run the account with call tracking so you see which counties and which matters actually return the spend.

Because a generalist learns your market using your budget. Our team has spent years in search and has worked with more than 200 businesses, and every client today is a law firm.
That focus is the whole value. We know what a Bay Area intake call is worth, how long a matter takes to become revenue, and which searches look impressive in a report and never produce a file.
The work is SEO, local search, AI visibility, content, websites and paid search, run from one account instead of six vendors who never read each other emails.
Two firms on the same block can be in completely different contests. A Financial District employment practice and an East Bay injury firm need different counties, different matters and different pages, so the plan comes out of your market rather than a template.
What we measure is not a ranking screenshot. It is how many Bay Area matters your firm signed this year that it would not have signed without us.

In the Bay Area the famous city is not the expensive one. San Jose draws nearly the same monthly demand as San Francisco at close to double the cost per click, and Oakland carries the highest top-of-page bid in the region. The firms bidding hardest are telling you where the matters are.
So the question is not how to "rank in San Francisco". It is which of these four county markets your firm can genuinely take, in what order, and what each one will cost to hold. The numbers beside this are where that decision starts.
That is the highest top-of-page bid in the Bay Area, above the $481 of San Francisco itself. Oakland is also the only market here that Google rates as medium competition rather than low. Across the bridge is where the fight actually is.
San Jose runs $174.37 a click against $90.90 in San Francisco, for 1,600 searches a month versus 1,900. Nearly the same demand at nearly twice the price, which tells you what those matters are worth to the firms already there.
San Francisco, Alameda, San Mateo and Santa Clara. A client hurt downtown may file where they live, not where it happened, and a page that only speaks to the city is absent from three of the four markets that decide the matter.
San Francisco is the smallest market of the three California cities we write for, and the money does not stay inside it. A firm that treats the city as its whole territory is competing for the least valuable clicks in the region.
SEO for a personal injury firm in San Francisco means deciding which of the four bay counties you will compete in, owning a page for every injury type you take, and tracking which county and injury combination actually produces a signed matter.
Oakland tops out at $649 a click and San Jose at $544, both above the $481 of San Francisco. A firm that writes one city page and stops is fighting for the cheapest clicks in the region while the expensive ones go unanswered.
A cyclist on Market Street, a rideshare passenger on the Bay Bridge and a pedestrian in a crosswalk are three different searches with three different fears behind them. Each deserves its own page, written for that person, rather than a bullet on a services list.
Where a case is filed changes the jury, the timeline and often the value. We build the local pages around the counties your firm actually appears in, which is how a page stops competing against every firm on the bay at once.

Not a queue where the story restarts every month. One account manager who knows you file in Alameda and not in Marin, and who knows what that changes.
Local search, organic, AI visibility, the website and the ad account are run by the same people against the same Bay Area results, never tuned to a number that does not pay you.
The monthly report splits the Bay Area into the counties you actually practice in, so you see San Jose working while the Peninsula stalls, instead of one regional average that hides both.
Once one county pays for itself, the next is already costed and mapped. We expand on evidence, and we tell you when a county is not worth entering.

The Expert SEO has become a core asset to our business success. Their considered approach has bore quantifiable results. Our website is greatly improved. Our traffic has increased dramatically. Now we are engaging them to assist us in attracting more AI based searches. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the top notch service from our client success manager, Nicole. She provides great client services and keeps busy small business people on track.

The team is responsive, organized, and incredibly easy to work with. We always know what’s happening with our SEO and what they’re working on next.
We’ve been working with The Expert SEO for over a year, and the experience has been great so far! Before hiring them, our online presence wasn’t generating enough leads or the right quality of leads.
They helped us with website design, PPC, and organic and local SEO growth. We saw an immediate bump in website traffic early on, and since then the growth has been steady and consistent.
The increased online visibility has brought us more qualified leads and improved the overall performance of our marketing efforts. The team is responsive, transparent, and data-driven, which we really appreciate.
I would recommend The Expert SEO to business owners looking for a reliable digital marketing agency focused on long-term growth.
We’ve seen a real improvement in our local visibility and the quality of leads coming through Google. The team has also been fantastic about communication.

We’re competing in a very difficult market, and they never promised overnight results. They built a strategy, executed consistently, and our visibility and consultations have continued to grow.

We came to the team after working with another SEO company that wasn’t delivering the quality of leads we needed. Within months, we started seeing stronger visibility across our key practice areas and, more importantly, better inquiries. The communication has been excellent, and we finally feel like our marketing has a clear direction.

What stood out from the beginning was how much time they spent understanding our firm before recommending anything. They looked at our market, competitors, practice areas, website, and the types of clients we actually wanted to attract. Instead of chasing traffic or rankings that don’t translate into business, the strategy has always been centered around qualified opportunities. Our organic presence has grown, we’re showing up for more valuable searches, and we’re receiving better consultations through the website. Just as important, the team is responsive, transparent, and always willing to explain what they’re doing and why. It feels much more like having a marketing partner than simply hiring another SEO agency.
There is no honest date for page one. There is an order, and in a region split across four court systems the order is what matters: repair what is costing you rankings now, take one county at a time, then move the money toward whatever is producing files.
We rank your firm in every county you practice in, from the city to Santa Clara, and name the firms already holding those positions. Call and form tracking go live before any other work.
Page speed, internal linking and the practice-area pages that ought to be carrying your strongest matters. Your Google Business Profile gets the categories, services and photos the firms above you already carry.
A page for each county you serve, built on real local detail rather than a search and replace on the name. Reviews are worked deliberately, because in a local result they decide who gets the tap.
By now the tracking shows which counties and which matters actually sign. Budget shifts toward them and away from the rest, and the next county is already costed.
Every figure below comes from the client’s own dashboard, with the source and the period it covers. Two of the three are California firms.
A trial firm competing for accident and injury searches in one of the most contested markets in California. More of the right people found the firm, and more of them asked for a case review.
A dual focus firm competing for family law and criminal defense searches across San Diego. We rebuilt the site around the cases the firm actually wanted, and the calls and form fills followed.
A firm that lives on people searching for a way to clear their record. We built the search presence around those questions, and both the traffic and the consultation requests multiplied.
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Our office is in Wilmington, Delaware, and the work is remote. What decides your rankings is not our address, it is whether the people doing the work know the Bay Area results, the county courts and the firms you compete with. We do.
Not yet, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. Our closest published case study is Gammill Law, a personal injury firm in Torrance, in Southern California. If you want a reference from a firm in your own county, we do not have one to give you today.
Whichever ones your firm practices in. Most firms here work two or three rather than all four: the city and the Peninsula, or the city and the East Bay. We rank the counties you choose and report on each one separately, because their results have almost nothing in common.
SEO and AI search start at $2,999 a month and paid search at $1,499, with the ad budget billed to your firm by the platforms. Every price is on the pricing page, including what moves it.
We start with a six-month contract, followed by flexible month-to-month service that can be canceled at any time. All terms are confirmed in writing before we begin.
