Cases Traced to a Borough
Not impressions, not average position. You see which borough the call came from and what it cost to reach that person, because the five of them do not behave remotely alike.
Manhattan is the name every firm reaches for and costs less than half of Brooklyn. We build the visibility that brings matters from the boroughs and practice areas the numbers actually favor, and we show you the cost of each before you commit.

Our team
We are a law firm marketing agency that works only with attorneys, and New York is the market where reputation and price come apart. Manhattan is the name everyone knows and costs less than half of Brooklyn, and the practice area that sounds like a niche outdraws an entire borough.
Not impressions, not average position. You see which borough the call came from and what it cost to reach that person, because the five of them do not behave remotely alike.
We build around the boroughs and practice areas the data says you can take, which is rarely the ones a firm assumes. The obvious address is frequently the worst value in the city.
Assistants answer before Google does now. In a city with this many firms, being one of the two or three they name is worth more than a page of rankings nobody scrolls.
Six services, and the only number that settles whether they worked is how many New York matters you signed. Each one below says what it does here, across five boroughs that price differently.
A worker hurt on a site in Long Island City asks an assistant before anyone else, and so does the passenger in a collision on the BQE. The answers name two firms, and the rest of the city might as well not exist for that person.
Whether you are one of those two comes down to machine-readable structure and to who cites you, not to how the site looks. We write the answers the way the questions get asked, and send you a monthly list of which assistants are naming your firm and in which borough.
Explore AI search optimization →A page for every practice area you want matters in and every borough you appear in, written for what somebody types in a hospital waiting room in the Bronx rather than for what the statute says.
Explore law firm SEO →Law firm local SEO is brutal here because the map pack is fought block by block in a city of eight million. The Google Business Profile, the citations and the borough pages decide whether Brooklyn sees you at all or only the ten streets around your office do.
Explore Local SEO →Free, back within 24 hours: what is broken on your site, which New York firms outrank you in the boroughs you care about, and what we would repair first. Yours whether or not you hire us.
See what an SEO audit covers →Fast on a phone, because in this city the search happens underground, on a platform, with one bar of signal. The number stays reachable from any screen and your results load before the train does.
See our website design →New York has more legal advertisers than anywhere, and the spread between what the average one pays and what the top of the page costs is enormous. We run the account with call tracking so you know which side of that spread you are actually on.

Because in a market this crowded a generalist spends your first year learning what a legal intake call is worth. We did that learning somewhere else, over years, and today we take nothing but law firms.
That focus is what lets us read a market like this one properly. We know what a New York intake call is worth by borough and by matter, and which searches look enormous and convert to nothing.
Everything sits in one account: search, local, AI visibility, content, the site itself and the ad spend. Nobody is tuning one of those against a target that quietly undermines another.
A Midtown malpractice practice and a Queens construction injury firm are not in the same business as far as search is concerned. They want different boroughs, different matters and different pages, so what we build starts from your docket rather than from a template.
The figure we report at the end of a year is not a position in a results page. It is how many New York matters reached you that would not have reached you without this work.

In New York the famous borough is not the expensive one. Brooklyn runs $112.77 a click and Manhattan $46.37, which is the opposite of what almost every firm assumes when it picks an address. The reputation of a place and the price of reaching someone there have very little to do with each other here.
So the first job is to throw out the assumption and read the numbers. Which borough and which matter, in that order, and what each one costs to hold. The figures beside this are where that starts.
A click costs $112.77 in Brooklyn and $46.37 in Manhattan. The borough with the famous address is the cheaper one to reach, and most firms discover that only after signing a lease and a marketing contract around the wrong assumption.
More than Queens and more than Manhattan draw for general injury work. It reads like a niche and it is one of the largest single practice areas in the city, with a top-of-page bid of $351 and competition the data still rates as low.
The second largest volume of any market we write for, behind only Los Angeles. It is also the term where you compete against every firm in the five boroughs at once, which is a different proposition from competing in Queens.
Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx and Staten Island have separate courts, separate juries and separate prices. Staten Island runs $39.95 a click. A page that says New York speaks to all five badly and to none of them well.
SEO for a personal injury firm in New York means picking the borough and the matter on the numbers rather than on reputation, then owning a page for each pairing, because the five boroughs price and convert nothing alike.
Manhattan at $46.37 a click and Brooklyn at $112.77 is the single most counterintuitive fact in this market. Firms pay for a Manhattan address and then advertise into the least contested of the large boroughs, which is not a disaster, but it is not the plan they thought they had.
Construction accident searches outdraw general injury work in Queens and in Manhattan, carry a $351 top-of-page bid, and the data still rates competition as low. For a firm that takes those matters, it is the clearest opening in the city.
Kings, Queens, New York, Bronx and Richmond counties have different courts and different juries, and a construction fall is not a car collision. That grid is a dozen pages, and the firms winning here have built them while the rest argue over the single citywide term.

Not a queue where the story restarts each month. One account manager who knows you try cases in Kings County and not in Westchester, and who knows what that changes about the budget.
Local search, organic, AI visibility, the website and the ad account are run by the same people against the same New York results, never tuned to a number that does not pay you.
The monthly report splits New York into the boroughs you actually serve, so you can see Queens earning its cost while Manhattan quietly does not, instead of one citywide line that hides both.
Once one borough pays for itself, the next is already costed and mapped. We expand on what the numbers show, and we say plainly when the famous one is not worth the entry.

The team is responsive, organized, and incredibly easy to work with. We always know what’s happening with our SEO and what they’re working on next.
We’ve been working with The Expert SEO for over a year, and the experience has been great so far! Before hiring them, our online presence wasn’t generating enough leads or the right quality of leads.
They helped us with website design, PPC, and organic and local SEO growth. We saw an immediate bump in website traffic early on, and since then the growth has been steady and consistent.
The increased online visibility has brought us more qualified leads and improved the overall performance of our marketing efforts. The team is responsive, transparent, and data-driven, which we really appreciate.
I would recommend The Expert SEO to business owners looking for a reliable digital marketing agency focused on long-term growth.

We’re competing in a very difficult market, and they never promised overnight results. They built a strategy, executed consistently, and our visibility and consultations have continued to grow.

We came to the team after working with another SEO company that wasn’t delivering the quality of leads we needed. Within months, we started seeing stronger visibility across our key practice areas and, more importantly, better inquiries. The communication has been excellent, and we finally feel like our marketing has a clear direction.

What stood out from the beginning was how much time they spent understanding our firm before recommending anything. They looked at our market, competitors, practice areas, website, and the types of clients we actually wanted to attract. Instead of chasing traffic or rankings that don’t translate into business, the strategy has always been centered around qualified opportunities. Our organic presence has grown, we’re showing up for more valuable searches, and we’re receiving better consultations through the website. Just as important, the team is responsive, transparent, and always willing to explain what they’re doing and why. It feels much more like having a marketing partner than simply hiring another SEO agency.
Nobody can give you a date for page one in the most crowded legal market in the country. What we can give you is the order, and here the order begins by throwing out the assumptions: which borough, which matter, and what each actually costs.
We rank your firm in each borough and for each matter you take, with a cost beside every one. Most of this first month is spent showing firms that their best market is not the one they named.
Page speed, internal links and the practice-area pages that ought to be carrying your most valuable matters already. The Google Business Profile gets rebuilt to match what the firms holding the pack in your boroughs are doing.
A page for each borough you serve and each matter you take, written off real local detail. Reviews are worked deliberately, because in a city this size the pack decides who is called.
By now the tracking shows which borough and matter pairings actually sign. Budget moves toward those and away from the rest, and the next pairing is already costed.
Every figure below is taken from the client’s own dashboard, with the source named and the period it covers. None of the three is a New York firm, and these are smaller markets than yours.
A trial firm competing for accident and injury searches in one of the most contested markets in California. More of the right people found the firm, and more of them asked for a case review.
A dual focus firm competing for family law and criminal defense searches across San Diego. We rebuilt the site around the cases the firm actually wanted, and the calls and form fills followed.
A firm that lives on people searching for a way to clear their record. We built the search presence around those questions, and both the traffic and the consultation requests multiplied.
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Our office is in Wilmington, Delaware, about two hours down I-95. What decides your rankings is not our address, it is whether the people doing the work know how the five boroughs price and compete. We do.
Not yet, and we would rather say so. Our three published case studies are from San Diego, Torrance and Washington State, all smaller markets than yours. We would rather you judge us on the numbers in the audit than on a client list that does not include your city.
Rarely the one a firm names first. Brooklyn costs two and a half times Manhattan per click, Queens draws more volume than Manhattan, and Staten Island is the cheapest of the five. The right answer depends on where you actually try cases, and we price all of them before you pick.
SEO and AI search start at $2,999 a month and paid search at $1,499, with the ad budget billed to your firm by the platforms. Every price is on the pricing page, including what moves it.
We start with a six-month contract, followed by flexible month-to-month service that can be canceled at any time. All terms are confirmed in writing before we begin.
Yes. You own your website, your content and your accounts from the first day. If you ever leave, all of it stays with you.
