What these terms cover

These SMS Terms describe the text messages The Expert SEO sends and the consent you give when you ask to receive them. They apply to every text message we send from our messaging platform, GoHighLevel, to the phone number you give us.

They are part of our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information.

The two kinds of messages

The form on our website has two separate consent boxes, and you choose each one on its own:

• Transactional messages are about the request you sent us: confirming a call, sending the review you asked for, or answering a question.
• Marketing and promotional messages are about our services, offers and content.

Both are optional. You can submit the form without checking either box, and consent to marketing messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.

How you sign up

You are added to our text messages only when you check a consent box on our website and give us your mobile number, or when you ask us to text you by phone, by email or in writing. We do not buy phone numbers and we do not add numbers we were given by someone else.

By checking a box, you confirm that the number is yours and that you agree to receive messages at that number, including messages sent with an automatic system.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies and depends on what you asked us for and on the conversation we are having with you. Message and data rates may apply, according to the plan you have with your mobile carrier. We do not charge you for the messages themselves.

How to stop the messages

Reply STOP to any message at any time. We will send one last message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and then stop. You can also email info@useexpertseo.com or call (302) 496-5855 and ask us to stop.

If you stop marketing messages, we can still contact you about a request you sent us, unless you ask us to stop that too.

Your consent is never sold or shared

We never sell, rent or share your consent to receive text messages, or the phone number you gave us, with third parties for their own marketing. The only companies that handle your number are the providers that deliver the messages for us, and they may use it only for that.

Carriers and delivery

Messages are delivered by mobile carriers, and delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our messages are sent to mobile numbers in the United States; some carriers or plans may not support them.

If you change your number

If you give up or change the mobile number you gave us, please tell us at info@useexpertseo.com, so that we do not send messages to someone who did not ask for them.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. Your phone number is used to send you the messages you consented to and to answer your request, nothing else.

Changes to these terms

If we change how our messages work, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell you before it takes effect.
