Authorized use
You may connect only accounts, properties, business profiles, domains, and locations that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for accurate account information and workspace access.
Review Growth
Review campaigns must involve genuine customers and authentic experience information. The service must not be used for fictitious testimonials, incentives, review gating, impersonation, harassment, or content that violates Google policies or law.
AI-assisted drafts
AI review and reply drafts are optional suggestions, may contain errors, and require human review. Customers control whether to copy a draft, and authorized business users control whether to publish a reply. EXPERT SEO does not guarantee that Google will publish, retain, rank, or display content.
Third-party services
Google Business Profile, Google APIs, search engines, analytics providers, hosting, and integrations are operated by third parties. Their availability, quotas, policies, and account decisions are outside our control.
SEO information
Audits, scores, forecasts, priorities, and recommendations support decisions and do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or search-engine treatment.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, scrape private workspaces, misuse another company’s data, violate intellectual-property rights, or use the platform unlawfully or deceptively.
Data and ownership
You retain rights to your business data and authorized content. RG Agency USA retains rights to the platform, software, design system, workflows, documentation, and de-identified operational insights.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for security risk, nonpayment under an applicable agreement, material policy violations, unauthorized access, or legal requirements. Account closure and deletion remain subject to retention duties.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. RG Agency USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from third-party systems or user-published content.
